Arrangement And Study On Variant Chinese Characters Of The Warring States Bamboo Slips Collected By Tsinghua University(???)

The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips were rescued from overseas antique markets in July,2008.There are about 2,500 complete and broken bamboo slips in total.According to radiocarbon dating test,the bamboo slips are traced back to the middle or late Warring States Period,which ia around 305 B.C.E.They include a kind of precious pre-Qin classics and historic texts such as Shangshu and Xi'nian,and they are considered as a group of valuable documents with high research value.These texts are currently being edited to the sixth volume,since the first report of The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips published at the beginning of 2010.Since the publication of the text of The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips,many scholars have carried on the research from different perspectives such as history,philology,philology,calligraphy and so on,and reached achievements in both quantity and quality.Based on the six volumes published as a starting point,this paper is to collect the variant Chinese characters on The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips,and to present it in a tabular form.By means of the classification system of the summary,the paper is aimed at exploring the text of the word picture.This paper is folded as the following sections.The first chapter firstly discusses the definition of variant characters and the relationship between the definition of variant and the other phenomenon of the use of text,and subsequently makes a brief introduction to The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips.Secondly,from the perspective of academic history,it summarizes the current research status of aspects of the Warring States characters organization,variant Chinese characters in the Warring States period and The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips.Finally,this paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research,ideas and methods.The second chapter is the main part of the thesis.In accordance with the academic mainstream approach,the variant Chinese characters of The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips will be divided into two types,which are heterogeneous words and different writing.Among them,the heterogeneous characters can be divided into different components due to different components,the configuration in different forms,the accumulation of constructional elements and other reasons.Different writing is divided into two different types of writing different components and different strokes,what's more,small classes are subdivided into many small categories.At the same time,this paper will respectively make an analytical description to some typical cases of each category.The third chapter is the main part of the study from the diachronic point of view and analyzes the variant Chinese characters on The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips,to comb the development context of the glyph and the evolution of Chinese characters.In the fourth chapter,this paper discusses several factors of the formation of the variant Chinese characters on The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips from the perspective of writing avoidance and heterologous text.The last part summarizes the paper and illustrates the study result.The appendix part mainly includes three charts.The charts are as follows: the form of heterogeneous words,the form of different writing,and the summary tables of the variant Chinese characters on The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips(I~VI).“The form of heterogeneous words” and “the form of different writing” will entirely present the outlook of the variant Chinese characters by type.“The summary tables of the variant Chinese characters” will reflect the overall appearance on the variant Chinese character on The Tsinghua Bamboo Slips(I~VI).
