Relevant Research On The Influencing Factors Of Creative Industries On Economic Growth

Nowadays,the era of knowledge and economic development are equally rapid.The core of creative industry is innovation and creativity,which contains three elements: culture,technology and wisdom.This is an emerging industry which is developing at a high speed,showing great economic and social benefits.At present,creative industries in many countries and regions are the new driving force for the vigorous economic development and have gradually become a pillar industry.In recent years,Chinese economic development relies on the rapid development of low-cost labor force and excessive consumption of natural resources.However,with the reduction of natural resources and the increase of human capital and other constraints of objective conditions,finding new ways of development has become an urgent problem to be solved in today's era.The creative industry has a low dependence on natural resources.Compared with the traditional industry,it has its own natural advantages.Moreover,in the process of its creative industry development,it can help regional economic growth,optimize industrial structure,ease employment pressure,and have a profound impact on the local economy,society and culture.It not only enhances the local economic aggregate,but also expands the cultural soft power.This paper focuses on how creative industries influence the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta region.Firstly,it analyses the current situation of creative industry development in China and the Yangtze River Delta region and the characteristics of its development environment.China's creative industry has developed rapidly,and it has the rudiment of the pillar industry since2014.The development of creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta region is in the leading position in China.Various regions have launched policies to vigorously develop creative industries,set up creative industry parks,and promote the development of creative industries.And in 2014,creative industry has become the pillar industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.The Yangtze River Delta is rich incultural resources,which is the congenital condition for the development of creative industries.It also has abundant human capital,strong scientific and technological strength and huge market demand,which lays the foundation for the good development of creative industries.Secondly,it studies the mechanism and influencing factors of creative industries on economic development.Creative industries can improve the economic structure of the Yangtze River Delta region by mobilizing local cultural and economic resources,producing certain economic and social effects,forming a characteristic economy and promoting rapid economic development.They can also optimize the local industrial structure,upgrade consumption structure and improve employment pressure,thus promoting regional economic development.Based on Richard Florida's "3T" theory,the influence factors of creative industries on regional economic development can be divided into five aspects,namely,cultural factors,talent factors,government policies,technological factors and tolerance.On this basis,based on the statistical data of 17 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2005 to 2016,and using panel data model,this paper empirically studies how the influencing factors of creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta promote economic development.The results show that the five factors affecting creative industries have a significant boost effect on economic growth.Human capital,government policies,technological progress and the amount of foreign capital actually used have a positive impact on economic development.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the development of creative industries,some suggestions and policies are putting forward to improve the level of developments and economic benefits of creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta region.
