A Research On The Efficiency Of Cultural And Creative Industries In The Middle Reaches Of The Yangtze River Economic Belt

The Yangtze River economic belt including 11 provinces and cities,such as Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Hubei,Anhui,Jiangxi,Hunan,Chongqing,Sichuan,Guizhou Yunnan,promoting the development of the Yangtze River economic belt is not only a major decision made by the PCC but also a significant strategy affecting the country's overall development.Anhui,Hubei,Jiangxi and Hunan are located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt,which play roles of establishing a relationship between east and west in the whole Yangtze River economic belt.Yangtze River economic belt is located in China's inland area,which playing an important role in promoting the development of the Yangtze River economic belt and plans of the rise of central China,in addition,this area's superior geographical condition,rich internal resources and excellent political and cultural resources are the important basis for the development of cultural creative industry.Since the future development of cultural and creative industry has high economic and social value,improving the efficiency of cultural and creative industry plays an important role in promoting the economic development of this region and the country.It is of great practical significance to study the efficiency of the cultural and creative industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.This paper points out the achievements and shortcomings in the development of cultural creative industry of the Yangtze River economic belt in recent year's by analysing the development present situation of cultural creative industry of the middle provinces in Yangtze River economic belt,and sets up evaluation model of cultural creativity industry on the basis of constructing the national provinces and cities based on the third-order DEA efficiency,which can evaluate efficiency of cultural creative industry by using the model to the Yangtze River economic belt of four provinces.Finally,this paper draws a quantitative conclusions about that economic belt of cultural creativity industry present situation in the middle reach of Yangtze River,which aimed at the problems in the cultural creative industrydevelopment,the article propose countermeasures of raising efficiency of economy cultural creative industries in the middle reach of Yangtze River.It is hoped that these countermeasures can provide reference for the future development of cultural and creative industries in similar provinces.
