Evaluation Of The Copyright Value Of Animated Film Based On BP Neural Network

With the development of economy and society,the film industry has been widely concerned and played an increasingly important role in cultural consumption.Animation film is one of the important branches,but animation film has encountered the problem of value judgment in the aspects of copyright transaction,infringement compensation,etc.,and the evaluation of animation film copyright has become a realistic problem to be solved in the current evaluation.Based on the BP neural network model,this paper predicted the box office revenue of the case animation film,combined with the revenue method and the revenue method,and evaluated the copyright value of the animated film "nezha's demon boy comes into the world".The content will be divided into five aspects: first,the classic literature on the value assessment of films and animation films and related cultural industries at home and abroad will be sorted out;Secondly,it introduces the relevant theoretical basis and main value assessment methods of animation film copyright value assessment.Thirdly,it introduces the frame design of the evaluation of animated film copyright value,including the use of BP neural network model to predict the box office revenue,the use of revenue method to determine the net cash flow and the use of income method to evaluate the value of animated film copyright.When the BP neural network model is used to predict the box office revenue,the sample data of 90 domestic animation films from 2013 to 2017 are used to obtain the specific box office revenue prediction model,and the prediction effect of the model is tested with 7 domestic animation films removed from shelves in 2018.Fourth,on the basis of the prediction model of box office revenue,the main parameters of the case animation film "nezha's demon child comes into the world" were determined,so as to obtain the predicted box office revenue.Fifth,based on the evaluation of the case of animated film copyright value by BP neural network model,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of applying BP neural network model in the evaluation of animated film copyright value.The study found that the BP neural network model could better predict the box office revenue of animated films when evaluating the copyright value of the animated film nezha.On the one hand,BP neural network model makes better use of sample data,so it is better than multiple linear regression in analysis and prediction.On the other hand,for animated films,the main parameters are uncertain in the confirmation process,and the multiple training of BP neural network can better deal with this kind of situation,while the more commonly used multiple linear regression is difficult to achieve.However,at the same time,when using the BP neural network model to evaluate the copyright value of animated films,the problem of excessive learning should be avoided,so appropriate learning results should be selected for prediction.The application of BP neural network model to evaluate the value of animated film copyright is generally because there are many factors influencing the value of animated film copyright,which makes it more applicable than traditional asset-based method,market method and pure income method.In contrast,the BP neural network model makes better use of the existing data,so that it can better predict the box office revenue of animation films,and then obtain its copyright value.
