With the continuous acceleration of the economic globalization process, cultural competition is becoming increasingly fierce worldwide, and intellectual property has become one of the strategic assets of various countries in the economic development. With the introduction of a large number of national cultural industry support policies and financial support, the film industry,an important part of the cultural industry, has entered a period of rapid development, and movie box office revenue has grown rapidly. To promote the further development of the film market, improve the investment and financing status of the film industry, and improve the evaluation of film copyright has become a top priority. However, the current film copyright evaluation system in my country is not perfect enough, and there are still few researches in related fields. This has caused certain obstacles to the investment and financing of the entire film industry and the circulation of film copyright transactions. Therefore, this article aims to provide a value reference basis for the investment and financing activities of the film industry by studying the value evaluation of film copyright. This article takes my country’s current film market development environment as the background and films as the evaluation object. The first is the definition of copyright and film copyright and the introduction of related theories. The second is to determine the method of film copyright evaluation.Through the analysis and comparison of the applicability of the three commonly used asset evaluation methods,it focuses on the definition of the revenue sharing method and related parameters. Then,by sorting out the relevant literature on the influencing factors of movie box office at home and abroad, determine the index system of the main influencing factors of movie box office revenue, and take movie box office revenue as the explained variable, and take the director, actors, movie ratings, number of followers, number of screenings, schedule, movie type The eight influencing factors of the distribution company are used as explanatory variables to construct the basic regression model of movie box office, and then introduce the interval Monte Carlo simulation to predict the results of movie box office revenue to compare and improve the basic regression model of movie box office. And take the movie "My Hometown and Me" as an analysis case to evaluate its film copyright value, and then by measuring the sensitivity of the three parameters in the income method model to the evaluation value, verify the rationality of the evaluation in this article, and draw a conclusion. Finally,it summarizes the full text research and makes a brief personal outlook on the later development of film copyright evaluation. After research and analysis,it is found that the main value of China’s film copyright comes from film box office revenue, and the film derivatives market still has a large room for development;when predicting movie box office,it is found that the ratings of actors are negatively correlated with movie box office, and the other seven factors are related to Movie box office shows a significant positive correlation. The movie schedule has the greatest influence and the number of followers has the least influence. The interval value of the interval Monte Carlo simulation forecast result can well reflect the influence of the uncertainty of the influencing factors on the movie box office forecast result. The comparison and combination of models can greatly improve the accuracy of movie box office revenue prediction;through case analysis,it is found that the use of revenue sharing method to evaluate the value of movie copyright has a certain degree of practicability.Among them, movie box office has the greatest impact on the results of movie copyright value evaluation. The process should be focused on,and the forecast and quantification should be rigorous and comprehensive. It is hoped that through the improvement of movie box office forecasts, the scientific nature of the film copyright value evaluation system will be improved,so as to contribute to the improvement of my country’s intangible asset evaluation system. |
