People who are illiterate or have little literacy and cannot use words to communicate ideas or carry out necessary activities are usually referred to as illiterate.Literacy education refers to the illiteracy and literacy of the people to carry out education,so that they have the initial ability to read,write,calculate.The massive existence of illiteracy not only affects the development of individuals and the improvement of living standards,but also seriously affects the development and progress of the country and society.Therefore,literacy education is extremely important.Due to the complicated political environment in Liaoning during the period of the Republic of China,the illiteracy problem was more serious than most other parts of the country,which seriously restricted the development of Liaoning.This article takes Liaoning literacy education in the period of the Republic of China as the research object.On the other hand,it examines the political ruling situation of various political regimes in Liaoning during the period of the Republic of China.The full text is divided into four parts :The first part,through combing the political environment and illiteracy in Liaoning during the Republic of China,analyzes the background of literacy education in Liaoning during the Republic of China.The second part is to analyze and analyze the main methods and main contents of the literacy campaigns of the various political powers in the Liaoning region during the period of the Republic of China,and to explore the ways of conducting education for civilians,reading newspapers,popular lectures,and recreational propaganda.Basic literacy,numeracy,writing and general knowledge of the population.The third part,on the basis of combing and analyzing the main contents and methods of the literacy education in Liaoning during the Republic of China,summarizes the characteristics of non-systematization,practicability and political consciousness indoctrination in Liaoning during the Republic of China.The fourth part,from the positive aspects of "opening people's minds,making new trends" and "improving the basic life of the people",as well as the negative aspects of weakening the people's national identity and national sense of belonging,discusses the literacy education carried out by various regimes in Liaoning during the Republic of China.
