This paper collects the relevant corpus of Clear lateral Initial Consonant and Clear Nasal Initial Consonant.Through the collation of corpus,it is found that Clear lateral Initial Consonant and Clear Nasal Initial Consonants exists in the northern dialect of Yi language and corresponds to other initials in all dialects of Yi language.Comparing with Tibetan-Burmese,it is believed that the Clear lateral Initial Consonant and Clear Nasal Initial Consonant of Yi language, like Tibetan and Achang languages, evolved from the pre-fricative consonants of the original Tibetan-Burmese complex consonants. At the same time,by comparing with the internal dialects of Yi dialect,it is found that the consonants corresponding to Clear lateral Initial Consonant are mostly voiced side sound I,and the consonants corresponding to Clear Nasal Initial Consonant m are voiced nasal initials m,and the consonants corresponding to Clear Nasal Initial Consonant n are mostly voiced nasal initials n..In addition, there are special stops, fricative consonants and complex consonants tl/(?)l/?n.According to the pronunciation principle of consonants and the distribution characteristics of consonants, the evolution path of Clear lateral Initial Consonant and Clear Nasal Initial Consonant in Yi dialect is measured. The paper mainly includes five chapters:The first chapter introduces the source of the topic, the current research situation, the purpose and significance of the study, the content and methods,as well as the distribution of the Clear lateral Initial Consonant and Clear Nasal Initial Consonant and the source of the corpus in the Yi language. In the second chapter,by comparing with Tibetan and Burmese, the origin of the Clear lateral Initial Consonant and Clear Nasal Initial Consonant in Yi language is discussed. It is believed that they come from the complex consonants of the original Tibetan-Burmese language"pre-fricative + nasal/side tone".Chapter three finds out the corresponding distribution rules of each kind of Clear lateral Initial Consonant and Clear Nasal Initial Consonant in different dialects of Yi language.Chapter four discusses the tight correspondence between the clear initials and vowels of Yi language. The clear initials of Yi language correspond to the tight vowels of Zaiwa language, and the clear initials and loose vowels correspond to the tight vowels of Yi dialect. In the fifth chapter, the author analyses the evolutionary track of the nasal consonants in the Clear lateral Initial Consonant and Clear Nasal Initial Consonant of Yi language, and draws up the corresponding evolutionary path.Chapter six is the conclusion part, which includes the research value of this paper, the shortcomings in this paper and the future research prospects.
