A Study On The Reunion Ending Of Yuan Tragedy

As an important part of Chinese classical literature,the emergence of Yuan Zaju in the history of Chinese drama not only symbolizes that Chinese opera has developed into a mature art form,but also represents the first peak in the history of classical opera.At the same time,Yuan Dynasty is also the peak of Chinese classical tragedy.As an aesthetic category and literary genre,"tragedy" has always attracted much attention in China.The reunion ending of Chinese tragedy has always been a hot topic among scholars at home and abroad.This paper takes Yuan Zaju as the main artistic type and takes the tragedy of reunion ending as the research object.It argues that reunion ending as one of the components of tragedy is not the decisive factor to judge whether a play is a tragedy or not.Although the reunion ending will affect the tragic strength and tragic depth of the play,the Discussion on the tragic power and tragedy of Chinese tragedy should be the conclusion.To discuss the plot structure,tragic characters and tragic conflicts of the whole play,reunion ending,as one of the components of the play,should also be the scope of discussion.From the discussion of the way of the reunion ending of the meta-tragedy,the manifestation of the tragic intensity and the manifestation of the tragic nature,it is found that the reunion ending is one of the factors affecting the performance of the tragic intensity and the manifestation of the tragic nature of the play,but it is not the decisive factor and cannot be generalized.Different plays show different tragic powers under the influence of reunion ending.The influence of reunion ending on tragedy is not only dispelling,but also deepening and continuing the tragedy of the play to a certain extent.Based on the study of meta-tragedy texts,it is found that the differences between Chinese and Western tragedies are manifested in the different tendency of tragic conflict,the different choice of tragic roles and the different structural modes.Based on the differences between Chinese and Western texts,it is found that the tragic values of Chinese and Western tragedies are different.The West arouses.,the beauty of power through the accumulation of forces and the aggregation of conflicts,aiming at pursuing truth and expressing rationality China,on the other hand,stimulates ethical touches by showing the whole course of tragic conflicts,aiming at conveying emotions.
