During the Jin and Yuan dynasties, foreign rulers took the Central Plains in,national contradictions intensified and political forces were reconstructed. In order to maintain and consolidate their own royal right's politics, the rulers of Jin and Yuan dynasties had the same attitude towards Taoism as the rulers of the past dynasties. On the one hand, they supported the utilization of Quanzhen Taoism,on the other hand, they carried out strict management. As a new Taoism produced in troubled times,Quanzhen Taoism regarded "loyal king" as the capital of spiritual practice at the beginning of its creation, and emphasized "abiding by the laws of the state as the first" in the missionary mission. This distinct political stand catered to the political needs of the rulers of Jin and Yuan dynasties, also got good development space for their own.The rapid rise of Quanzhen Taoism because of its profound mass foundation aroused the vigilance of the Jin Dynasty. Therefore, the Jin Dynasty carried out strict management of Quanzhen Taoism. After Quan zhen Taoism developed through its own,the Jin Dynasty had to admit its legal status, and then draw on it to make use of it.In order to seek more space for development,Quanzhen Taoism began to rely on the royal right more than focusing on own development. The repeated summons of the emperors of the Jin Dynasty led to even greater development of Quanzhen Taoism. The development and growth of Quanzhen Taoism eventually led to the struggle of the political forces of Jin,Southern Song Dynasty and Mongol.During the Mongol-Yuan period,a liberal religious policy was carried out, allowing all religions to develop together.Mongol and Yuan's attitude towards all Taoist schools was to foster and make use of it.During the period of Mongol,Qiu Chuji made hajj to Genghis Khan and got the privilege of governing Taoism in the world, exemption from servitude and other religious privileges, and Quanzhen Taoism entered a relatively prosperous stage of development. This not only reflects the use and support of the Mongol-Yuan regime to Quanzhen Taoism, but also reflects the grasp of the opportunity by Quanzhen Taoism leader. In this context, the Mongol-Yuan regime continued the policy of courteous reception to Quanzhen Taoism, and gained a relatively loose development environment in the whole period of Mongol and Yuan Dynasty. As a result,Quanzhen Taoism has entered a period of rapid development,Quanzhen Taoist palace view all over the north, numerous disciples, political status has significantly improved, has had an unprecedented social impact. However,in the Yuan Dynasty, due to subtle changes in the attitude of the rulers towards Quanzhen Taoism, the management of Quanzhen Taoism was strengthened, but it was still given a loose development environment.Throughout the relationship between Quanzhen Taoism and the royal right, the royal right always occupied a dominant position during the Jin-Yuan period.Quanzhen Taoism is more dependent on the royal right. However,in different historical stages, the relationship between Quanzhen Taoism and the royal right also shows different characteristics. The rulers of the Jin Dynasty did not respect Quanzhen Taoism at first, and Quanzhen Taoism's own development power attracted the attention of the rulers. The rulers of the Jin Dynasty then used or even respected the Quanzhen Taoism. And Quanzhen Taoism in the Jin Dynasty after strict management, also began to cater to the royal right.During the period of Mongol, the rulers always respected Quanzhen Taoism, and Quanzhen Taoism also pandered to Mongol's royal right, although the rulers' attitude towards Quanzhen Taoism changed in the Yuan Dynasty. But the royal right of the Mongol and Yuan respect for Quanzhen Taoism has not changed fundamentally. The rulers of the Jin-Yuan dynasties, whether they managed or supported Quanzhen Taoism and respected it,were mainly due to political needs, and of course did not rule out the fact that rulers such as Genghis Khan and Jin Shizong hope to borrow the magic of immortals for the purpose of immortality.Quanzhen Taoism's attitude towards the royal right has changed from unintentionally seeking the royal right's support to actively pandering to the royal right's attitude, the main purpose of which is for his own development. While catering to the royal right,Quanzhen Taoism did not participate in the royal right's internal political struggle and maintained its own relative independence. In the end,the support of the Jin and Yuan 's rulers promote the development of Quanzhen Taoism,Quanzhen Taoism has also become the beneficial force that the royal rights maintain their own rule.
