This work considers the period of the New Age in the European art of the 15 th century,because at this period significant changes occurred in the technique and materials of easel painting which became the classical art form.The emergence of new materials and techniques has been crucial for the approval of the classical pictorial form.As the highest achievement of art.The classic pictorial form that influences the idea of what art should be for both the viewer and artists.The image is always subordinated to the expression of the most exciting author and public aspects of the reality of what the author thinks and believes in,what historical period he lives,what place,what conditions,and most importantly,what concept of reality he feels.Materials and techniques of painting will depend on what aspect of life reality the artist directs attention to,what he wants to express.Therefore,before proceeding with the analysis and description of the materials themselves and their use,it is necessary to present the most pressing trends in the 15 th century.And understand the expression of what the author wanted,in what world he felt and what he wanted to convey.Therefore,another interesting aspect,what were the ideological and ideological reasons that the artist sought to reflect the world,as close as possible to the ordinary perception of the viewer.The object of the study was easel painting,and since we consider such a phenomenon as an easel painting,Passing to the technical part,we study all its components.
