| Since the 1980 s,the cultural and creative industry has become an emerging industry competing with cities at home and abroad,and its relationship with urban development and urban renewal has become a hot topic in the academic circles.In China,with the acceleration of urbanization,urban construction begins to transform from“incremental expansion”to“potential exploitation of stock”,and urban renewal has become a major issue that needs to be solved urgently in the current urbanization process.As a special type of Chinese urban system —— ancient capital city,it is urgent to explore theoretically and practically how to realize urban revival and regeneration on the basis of protection after a long urban development process.The existing research results show that the cultural and creative industries have an important impact on urban renewal,especially in the ancient city renewal,the cultural and creative industry plays an important role.Based on the existing research results,this paper takes Kaifeng,the ancient capital of the Eight Dynasties,as the research object,and analyzes the development status and characteristics of cultural and creative industry and urban renewal in Kaifeng by means of literature,field research and in-depth interview,GIS spatial analysis,qualitative analysis and other methods.Based on the Creation field,the Learning field theory and the Urban Organic Renewal theory,the theoretical framework of the coupling between the cultural creative industry and the ancient city renewal relationship is constructed.On the basis,it further analyzes the process and mechanism of the cultural and creative industries in urban renewal of the ancient capital,and explores the specific impact of the development of culture and creative industries in Kaifeng on urban renewal.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the ancient capital city has the basic conditions for the formation and development of cultural and creative industries,and the cultural and creative industries of the ancient capital city have significant local characteristics,preferring the ancient capital inner cities withrich cultural resources in location selection.The profound cultural background of Kaifeng,the“inclusive”urban environment,the urban positioning advantage of international cultural tourism cities and the all-round policy support are the basic conditions for the creation and growth of cultural and creative industries in Kaifeng.Today,it has formed an industrial system with Song culture as the core and an industrial development mode based on key cultural projects.Second,the urban renewal of the ancient capital city generally lasts for a long time,which is closely related to the development background of each period of the city.Moreover,the urban renewal has significant local characteristics,so it is necessary to choose the renewal methods and means “according to local conditions”.The urban renewal ofthe ancient capital of Kaifeng is basically synchronized with the urban renewal of China,which can be roughly divided into three stages: from the founding of New China to the reform and opening up: the urban reconstruction stage represented by the large-scale demolition and construction;from the reform and opening up to the end of the 20 th century: real estate development-oriented urban revitalization stage and the organic urban renewal stage guided by culture since the 21 st century.Currently,urban renewal of Kaifeng has embarked on a benign development path of internal micro-renewal of the ancient city guided by Song culture.During the renewal process,the nature of the land and the use of the building have been changed,and the material space of the city has been reconstructed,which has significant local characteristics.However,due to the lack of scientific theoretical guidance in previous urban renewal,it has missed the opportunity period of urban development,making its urban renewal process longer and still facing many challenges.Third,theoretically,there are coupling relations between the cultural and creative industry of ancient capital city and its urban renewal,such as industrial location selection and renewal location,industrial connotation and renewal content,industrial organization form and renewal mode,industrial characteristics and renewal goals.There is a coupling relationship in content between Kaifeng’s cultural and creative industries with Song culture as the core and Kaifeng’s Song culture-oriented urban renewal.There is a coupling relationship in space between the organizational form of cultural and creative industries with small and medium-sized enterprises as the main part and the small-scale progressive urban renewal method in Kaifeng.There is a coupling relationship in location selection between the cultural and creative industry of old buildings and old factories that prefer the inner city of the ancient city and the renewal of the inner city of kaifeng.There is a coupling relationship between the characteristics of cultural and creative industry itself(innovation,permeability,high added value)and organizational production mode(production and organization form mainly featuring small and medium-sized enterprises and developing in clusters)and the renewal goal of revitalizing urban vitality pursued by the ancient capital city renewal.Fourth,the function mechanism of the cultural and creative industries on urban renewal in Kaifeng is shown as: The process of cultural and creative industries on the urban renewal of Kaifeng City has changed from the early transformation and reconstruction of physical space(reconstruction and reconstruction of historical sites)to the organic renewal of cities dominated by cultural and creative industries.This process has changed from the early government-led to the mixed government-led and market-led.With the promotion of transformation,and through economic,social,cultural,spatial and other aspects of the carrier to achieve,endogenous mechanism(creative mechanism and integration mechanism)and exogenous mechanism(government intervention and support),to ensure the smooth progress of this process.Fifth,the cultural and creative industries have a significant impact on the urban renewal of the ancient capital,which is manifested in the following aspects: the cultural and creative industries promote the economic growth and industrial upgrading of the ancient capital city,increase the number of employed people in the old city,stimulate urban vitality,inherit the cultural context of the ancient capital city,enhance its development connotation,provide a new direction for the urban renewal of the ancient capital,add new content to the urban development,promote the micro-renewment of the ancient capital city and optimize the spatial structure of the ancient city. |
