The reform of national defense and the army is advancing in depth,and unprecedented profound changes have taken place in the system,management mode and organizational form of national defense and army construction.However,because the reform is the breaking and innovation of the existing system,the relevant policies and systems are in the transition period between breaking and establishing.The drastic changes in the general environment inevitably cause some officers and soldiers to be in a fierce ideological turmoil.Some of them are highly sensitive,their psychological endurance is weakened,and the pressure from all sides increases sharply.With the withdrawal and merger of units,some personnel are facing the difficulties of moving forward and backward,docking up and down,adjusting and merging,and the pressure faced by individuals is also invisible.Firstly,on the basis of domestic and foreign research literature on work pressure and stress management,this paper takes the civilian personnel of colleges and universities as the research sample,introduces the basic situation of civilian personnel in Colleges and universities,including post distribution information,etc.,which lays a foundation for the follow-up analysis of the pressure sources of civilian personnel in Colleges and universities;and finds out the main pressure of civilian personnel in Colleges and universities during the reform period through interviews w:ith stress theory.Source,and through the questionnaire data of civilian personnel,Using SPSS software to analyze the difference of job stress and find out the relationship between job stress and various stressors.Finally,through in-depth interviews to continue to collect empirical analysis data,to propose effective measures for the next step of pressure management countermeasures.This article is divided into five parts.Firstly,This paper describes the research situation of pressure at home and abroad,inside and outside the army,and then introduces the research methods,technical means and research background;secondly,it makes a difference analysis and test of the data obtained through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview;secondly,according to the results of statistical analysis,it puts forward the countermeasures to relieve the working pressure of Civilian staff during the reform period;lastly,it puts forward the Countermeasures Explain the conclusions and limitations of the study.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:in the period of reform,according to the related theory of pressure,different sources of pressure have caused varying degrees of work pressure to the civilian staff in Colleges and universities,among which the impact on the civilian staffs work pressure is relatively large,including the renewal of professional skills,the design of career development and organizational support;finally,the countermeasures to relieve the pressure of the civilian staff in Colleges and universities are put forward.There are two main innovations in this paper.One is to reveal the ranking of civil servants'work pressure during the reform of a academy.The other is to find the difference of pressure in the overall and various factors,which can provide reference for the management and training of civil servants in the reform period.The shortcomings of this study are as follows:firstly,the number of samples is limited,and the conditions for research are limited.Only the data of a academy in a certain area are selected for observation and analysis,so it can only represent the case.Second,the ability of the individual is limited,and may not be able to analyze all the data in detail.
