The main content of this study is online stress management intervention based on rational emotive behavior therapy. It use mobile learning via the Internet on the PN company top management intervention, designed to enable senior managers to grasp the correct decompression methods so as to achieve the goal of decompression. The reason of using network pressure management are as followed. First,enterprise in the senior management is the core of promoted organization development who carry much more pressure than general employees do. Second,steel industry depression put a lot of pressure on PN Company's employees,who desperately need pressure management.Third, online intervention is more suitable for large company to avoid the limitation of traditional offline intervention that need employees in different branch take the intervention face to face.This research use the method of experiment. There are 40 research subjects,randomly divided into two groups (20 people) and control groups (20 people). Due to the loss of participants after the experiment, the result of experiment group was 15. In the experimental group, it was tested for a period of 8 weeks on the lines of intervention.And the control group without any intervention, regularly received information on pressure micro push. Online intervention including text messages, images, audio, video and other multimedia forms, which include 4 theme: stress and its impact, stressful life situations, REBT and cognitive interventions, and relaxation training. All public intervention used WeChat online. In the experimental intervention Ma jianhong light House and Rizzo (1972) the work stress scale and existing research results (MA Jianhong,1997) prepared by the job stress questionnaire and compiled by the scholar Xie Yaning of coping style scale for the simple pressure on the two subjects and coping measure.Through analysis of the experimental measurements before and after intervention,obtained the following results: (1) the psychological dimension in the experimental Group score dropped from 7.40 cents to 7.13 points, p<0.05 there is a significant difference,pressure from 22.33 points lower,at 21.40 points,p<0.05 there is a significant difference. Physical dimensions and emotional dimensions were not significant, but the scoring down. (2) active coping in the experimental Group score up from 1.57 points to 1.74, p<0.05 there is a significant difference between negative coping strategies were not significant, but declined. (3) the experimental group and control group differences in reducing negative coping p<0.05 there are significant differences in the comparison.Through the experiment, this research has the following conclusions: online stress management intervention can alleviate work pressure perceived by senior management staff as well as the psychological dimensions of pressure. Stress management intervention help senior management staff to increase an active coping style and reduce negative coping strategy.
