Stress management employees has been a problem for many scholars and business managers are very concerned, especially in recent years, the corporate frequent job-hopping, occupational and suicide incident, the working pressure of this topic once again become the focus of attention. Working pressure not only affect the employees’ physical and mental, can also affect employee attitudes and behavior. With the development of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior, psychological capital this positive personality traits more and more attention. Many studies have found work alienation is an important predictor of turnover, working alienation low staff can create more benefits for the company. Working pressure is felt when an individual job requirements exceed its internal and external coping resources, an adaptive response generated by individuals. Psychological capital refers to the individual manifested in the growth and development process in a positive state of mind. Work alienation that is due to the generation of employees at work meaningless, unregulated and do nothing other negative, negative psychological feelings, so that a sense of distance and the emergence of a sense of individual and social discord and organizations. Therefore, stress management from the perspective of how to reduce the work alienation staff also investigated the mechanism of individual psychological capital in work pressure and work alienation is a major issue in this study.In this paper, the use of questionnaires, through the use of stratified sampling, a total of 315 questionnaires distributed, 279 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 88.6%. And using the data in the questionnaire spss19.0 statistical analysis, the following conclusions:(1) labor-intensive and technology-intensive staff employees on three variables were significantly different, employee psychological capital-intensive low in technology-intensive employees, work stress and alienation of employees higher than labor-intensive and technology-intensive staff; on education and work experience of individual psychological capital showed a significant difference; the work on gender and education level pressure performance a significant difference; on gender, education level and years of work alienation showed a significant difference;(2) Results Correlation analysis showed that showed significant among employees work stress and work alienation positive correlation; the working pressure and also showed significant psychological capital between negative; presenting a significant negative correlation between psychological capital and work alienation; verification(3) the agency model, using stepwise regression analysis to verify it found that psychological capital in the working pressure and work alienation plays a partial mediator. In this study, on the basis of certain enrich the study of psychological capital, work stress and alienation, the agency established model shows the relationship between the three. For the practice of alienation ease pressure reduction work to a certain extent.
