In recent years,phenomena that changing majors from medical college students and brain drain of doctors in the society becoming more and more prominent.During the period of studying,medical students only have enough major satisfaction to the majors they study,and have outstanding major commitment to the medical profession,so that they can make enough learning engagement in the study life and make enough preparations for the future of a doctor s career.In the past,research on professional satisfaction,learning investment and professional commitment was less from the perspective of medical college students.Based on the viewpoints of self-determination theory and social identity theory,this study takes medical college students as the research object,further deepens the outcome variables,discusses the influence of professional satisfaction on learning input variables,and the role of professional commitment in the relationship between the two.It is a very meaningful work to provide a theoretical basis for the vocational counseling work of medical college students.Based on this,this study used Lian Rong s "Professional Commitment Questionnaire for College Students",Liu Qianqian's Master's Professional Satisfaction Questionnaire and the Chinese version of Schaufeli s Learning Input Scale for 650 medical students from Southern Medical University on professional satisfaction,professional commitment and learning engagement.And 575 copies of valid data were recovered.The research uses SPSS22.0 and its macro program process,Amos21.0 to analyze the data,through common deviation test,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,independent sample t test,one-way ANOVA,layer-by-layer regression analysis and other data processing methods.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the overall level of professional satisfaction,professional commitment and learning engagement of medical college students and the relationship between the three,the results are as follows:The professional commitment,professional satisfaction,and learning engagement of medical college students are at a medium level.There are differences in gender between the medical students' learning engagement and the ideal commitment dimension of professional commitment.In the ideal commitment dimension of professional commitment,boys are significantly higher than girls(p<0.05).The overall learning engagement and the two dimensions of energy and focus of learning engagement were significantly higher in boys than in girls(p<0.01).The professional commitment and professional satisfaction of medical college students were significantly different between the majors(p<0.001).Professional satisfaction can positively predict the learning input of medical college students(p<0.001).Professional commitment plays a part in mediating the relationship between professional satisfaction and learning engagement.Analysis conclusion:The professional satisfaction of medical college students has a positive positive impact on their learning investment.This positive impact is achieved through the intermediary role of professional commitment.This research conclusion provides a train of thought for medical counseling for medical college students:should pay attention to the professional satisfaction of medical college students with their majors,and improve their emotional commitment,then promote their mastery of professional knowledge and skills,thereby improving the medical college students'intentions in the medical field.
