A Study On Equalization Of Public Cultural Services In Local Federation Of Literary And Art Circles

With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly in the past three decades,people's living standards have been significantly improved,the society is from the survival of the transition to the development of society,people's demand for cultural life is constantly strengthened.The public cultural service system is the basis for safeguarding the basic cultural rights and interests of the people.However,at present,the total supply of public culture is still insufficient and the supply between regions,urban and rural areas and groups is not equal,which has seriously affected the social fairness and justice and hindered the realization of the overall goal of public cultural services for everyone.Unequal in order to solve the supply of basic public cultural services and service quality remains to be further enhance,academia has also conducted a heated discussion,but about local federation is described less equal system of public cultural services,this article will discuss local federation system of public cultural services equalization problem to do some tentative solutions,at the same time in fuyang city federation for specific case study object,the main content of this study the following three parts:First of all,the current situation of the local federation of equalization of public cultural services of our country and problems are analyzed,concrete analysis of local equal federation system of public cultural services in China shows the characteristics of,and summarizes the main problems,to solve these problems to explore the deep reasons,through the study found that the main problem including service resources,service team,services in three aspects of problems.Secondly,this study focuses on analyzing fuyang city federation of public cultural services equalization problem,by using the method of field investigation and research on the status quo of fuyang city federation of equalization of public cultural services is analyzed,and according to the results of the survey summarizes the problems existing in the fuyang city federation of equalization of public cultural services,and need further improvement.Finally,in view of the current situation and problems of the equalization of public cultural services of local literary and art federations in China,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,mainly from five aspects of system reform,change of service concept,cultural needs,institutional guarantee and balanced development.
