Research On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System In Fuyang City

In the overall strategic layout of the construction of socialist culture power, the construction of public cultural service system is a major basic livelihood project to realize the coordinated development in economy, politics, society and culture. It is also an important way to achieve scientific and inclusive development with an unusually important role in social development and governance. In order to achieve the fundamental purpose of satisfying the people’s basic cultural rights and interests, it is important to build a public cultural service system covering the whole society, which has irreplaceable significance not only in promoting Chinese moral level, cultural literacy and the overall human development, but also in constructing a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern nation.This paper takes Fuyang city of Anhui Province as the research object and explains the relevant concepts and theories of public goods, public cultural products, public services, public cultural services and public cultural service system. On the basis of the literature review of the theories and research methods applied in the study of public cultural service system, it carries out a thorough analysis of the present construction of public culture service system in Fuyang and its existing problems, puts forward countermeasures and points out the direction of its development. This paper has some theoretical value and realistic significance for the construction of public cultural service system.
