In order to understand the impact mechanism of psychological capital on job burnout and the different roles of job satisfaction and support and uncontrolled management,630 online questionnaires were sent out and 570 questionnaires were collected from Internet employees.General statistical analysis and demographic variable analysis were carried out on the data,as well as correlation analysis,regression analysis and creation.The structural model is used to process and analyze the data.The results show that the job satisfaction,psychological capital,support and uncontrolled management of Internet employees are higher than the average level due to their job characteristics and industry characteristics.The level of job burnout is above the average level,indicating that Internet employees do not show a higher degree of job burnout.The results confirm that job satisfaction has mediating effect between psychological capital and job burnout.Supportive and uncontrolled management have mediating effect on job satisfaction through mediating effect.Supportive and uncontrolled management have significant negative moderating effect on job satisfaction,and job satisfaction has significant negative moderating effect on job burnout.Because the intermediary effect of job satisfaction of the subjects with low scores of support and non-control management is not significant;the intermediary effect of job satisfaction of the subjects with high scores of support and non-control management is significant,which provides more inspiration to Internet enterprises.We should pay attention to the management mode and management level,so that the intervention mechanism of job burnout can play a role,reduce the job burnout of employees in enterprises,and be better.To achieve the common development and goal realization of enterprises and employees.
