Alexithymia,as a stable personality trait,presents a normal distribution in the population.Recent studies have found that the incidence of alexithymia in the general population is 10%-18%,showing an increasing trend year by year.Higher vocational students have complex sources of students,and their psychological characteristics are special.Some studies have found that the psychological problems of higher vocational students also show an increasing trend year by year.It is necessary to explore the status quo,influencing factors and intervention methods of alexithymia among freshmen in higher vocational colleges.This study is divided into three parts.In the first part,780 freshmen from three vocational colleges in S city were investigated through Toronto alexithymia scale to understand the current situation of alexithymia among vocational college freshmen.The second study explored the influencing factors of alexithymia through qualitative analysis,and laid a foundation for the intervention program formulation of the third study.On the basis of research two,research three carried out psychological drama theory and technology intervention on the freshmen of alexithymia vocational college,and explored the effect of psychological drama theory and technology on alexithymia alleviation.Research findings:(1)the detection rate of alexithymia among freshmen in higher vocational colleges is 18.08%,the proportion of moderate and severe alexithymia with 51 points or above is 57.69%,the alexithymia scale has the highest score of extroverted thinking and the lowest score of emotional description difficulty.(2)the alexithymia of vocational freshmen with different background variables has significant differences in gender,family residence and parents' cultural degree.(3)the formation of alexithymia among freshmen in higher vocational colleges is affected by personal self-cognition and coping style,as well as external factors such as family environment,school management and social environment.(4)the technical intervention of psychodrama theory is effective in reducing alexithymia among freshmen in higher vocational colleges and in improving the extroverted thinking mode of alexithymia among college students.
