Objective: On the base of summarized results about freshmen interpersonalmaladjustment, this study will further explore the psychological mechanism. And ituses scientific experiment method to prove that Meta-cognition InterventionTechnique effectiveness of intervention, providing clinical reference for thepsychological intervention on Interpersonal Maladjustment.Methods: It used Meta-cognition Intervention Technique which developed byLiaoning Normal University professor Jin, to intervene eight visitors from LiaoningNormal University Counseling Center.Take different subjects the same behavior aswell as the same subjects varying behavior of small sample multiple baselineexperimental design. It takes the before treatment and after treatment scores ofSCL-90, SACQ and interpersonal relationships assessment scale as a proof ofintervention effectiveness. And it uses the results of the self-made subjectivesatisfaction to record the experience in interpersonal adjustment as indicators ofmultiple baseline experimental design.Results: After the system of intervention, all symptoms self evaluation scalefactor score and total score of eight clients’ were falling below the demarcationstandard, and their scores of SACQ in interpersonal adaptability dimension go up tothe standard range, even the results of Interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scalesignificantly decreased. The Multiple-baseline chart shows that the subjects of thebaseline figure interpersonal adaptation of subjective satisfaction is on the rise. Theseall proved that intervention effect is indeed have meta-cognitive interventiontechnology treatment. After3months, eight subjects had no signs of recurrence.Conclusion: The key factor of treatment of interpersonal maladjustment is thenegative emotion in interpersonal communication. By the suggestion of learning andemotional organizers technology to establish positive conditioned emotional reactioncan solve this problem. Meta-cognitive intervention techniques for college freshmeninterpersonal maladjustment intervention is effective and the relapse not easily.
