The application of geometric figure is a common method in the process of animation creation,and it is a problem that is easily ignored in current research context.However,the application of geometric figure elements often presents more complex and diverse in the forms,modes and categories.The visual language of geometric figure elements shapes animated characters through the radiation of visual impression and sensory experience.At the same time,it successfully constructs symbols to express metaphors and symbols by participating in picture composition,the movement of roles and objects,and promotes the transmission of implicit content in animated films by realizing certain rhetorical functions.In the process of animation visual communication,the application of geometric figure elements involves both sensory and ideographic aspects of visual communication.In this paper,the following four chapters will be used to discuss the corresponding problems in the process of geometric figure elements participating in animation visual communication.By comparing and analyzing the application,the characteristics and visual language of geometric graphics in animation works,and combining with the actual situation in the creation process of the author's animation work "Fantasy Life",this paper summarizes and summarizes the various application modes and categories of geometric graphics,as well as the semantic and rhetorical functions of geometric graphics visual language.In this paper,the following four chapters will be used to discuss the corresponding problems in the process of geometric graphics participating in animation visual communication.In the first chapter,from the perspective of animation art itself,the common geometric figure forms in animation visual communication and some representative art groups and application ways of artists,characteristics and motives of geometric figure elements in the development of animation art history are discussed.In addition,by discussing the characteristics of animation,the ways in which the expressive techniques and creative conditions affect the application of geometric figure elements,the special requirements of animation visual communication for geometric figure elements are explored.Chapter two explores the foundation of visual language from the perspectives of design,visual perception theory,perception theory and Gestalt theory.This chapter analyses the principle of aesthetic perception of geometric figure elements from two aspects:the relationship between geometric figure elements and the real world,the structure of geometric figure elements and the audience' s physiology and psychology.The research in this chapter is fundamental for the follow-up research.In the third chapter,by sorting out and summarizing the different types of geometric figure elements in animation samples,three ways of geometric figure elements participating in animation visual communication(that is,the existence or application of geometric figure elements in animation)and the application of geometric figure elements in the two main categories of role modeling and composition are discussed.This chapter discusses several contexts of visual language of geometric figure elements.Chapter four studies the semantics of visual experience and psychological feeling generation of different geometric figure elements,and then studies the special meaning of geometric figure elements and geometric figure figures,the rhetoric functions of geometric figure elements such as ideographic functions,symbols and metaphors,and discusses how to excavate and apply these functions in animation applications.In addition,this article will combine "The imaginary life",the professional animation creation work by author of this paper,the concrete and vivid demonstration of the explanations in each chapter,and xeplore the application problems in geometric visual communication under the actual animated creation scene.
