The rapid development of economy brings the improvement of people's living standard,the choice of entertainment also appeared diversified,including outdoor music festival has been more and more people.The proportion of outdoor music festival in the life of the audience gradually expands,and it also gradually becomes the place for the audience to communicate.Therefore,this paper chooses fans of outdoor music festival as the research object,starting from the perspective of identity,and studies the construction of identity of fans of outdoor music festival from two aspects of self-identity and group identity.This paper firstly sorts out the development situation of outdoor music festival through literature analysis,and at the same time makes a general understanding of the audience of outdoor music festival.Secondly,by observing the virtual space and site of outdoor music festival fans,the interactive behavior and communication mode of outdoor music festival fans are observed in close proximity.At the same time,the author also conducted in-depth interviews with members of the outdoor music festival fan group to understand the process of their identity acquisition and discuss how they actively play their own initiative in the rich practical activities to construct their identity.By analyzing the level of self-identity of fans of outdoor music festivals,the author finds that fans participate in the activities through various ways,so as to realize the construction of their identity.First,individual fans of outdoor music festivals seek solace through self-imagination.When the evaluation of others is unified with self-imagination,self-identity is constructed.In addition,individual fans in the outdoor music festival group achieve self-identity construction through role playing.Individual fans realized self-extension and self-identity construction in the background of outdoor music festival.There are also some individual fans of the background influence foreground,so that the front and background unified,to achieve the construction of self-identity.In addition,it is important to study the construction of group identity as a whole.The author went deep inside the fans and felt the different emotions of the fans of the outdoor music festival and other fans.The author used the social identity theory to analyze.It is found that the fans of outdoor music festival show strong differences in the three dimensions of emotion,communication and consumption,and have boundaries with other groups,so as to obtain strong sense of identity and realize the construction of group identity.As an emerging youth subculture,outdoor music festival fans represent a new stage of the development of youth subculture to a large extent,which is of profound significance to the study of Chinese youth subculture.It is hoped that more and more people will pay attention to this group through this study.
