A Comparative Study On Artistic Form Of Jinzhong Yangko

Yangko is a synthetic folk art which contained music,dance and performance.Much-loved Yangko originated from productive practices and is an epitome of people's daily life,so it has an extensive mass base.Jinzhong cultural ecology reserve,which covers 19 county-level administrative regions of Shanxi province,has profound history,culture and distinctive local style.It deserves to be protected.In this paper,which consists of theory exploration and case analysis,the author carry out a contrastive study about the commonness and individuality of the art form of Yangko in Jinzhong cultural ecology reserve through fieldwork and literature.Four parts are included in this paper:The introduction is about research background,including the reasons of choosing the subject,the definition of concept and the current research status.Because the author greow in Jizhong and has beautiful memories of Yangko in childhood,this paper reflects the profound humanistic feelings.The chapter one is the outline of Yangko art in Jinzhong,which includes the general situation of Jinzhong cultural ecology reserve,the fame and nature of Yangko in this region,the origination and development of Yangko and the types of Yangko in Jinzhong.In chapter two,through the massive case analysis,the author studies comparatively the different Yangko arts including Qi-tai Yangko,Fen-xiao Yangko and Jie-ling Yangko from different angles such as performing form,musical form and dance form.The chapter three explores the differences,similarities and the reason of those Yangko form in more detail.The Yangko arts in Jinzhong have similarities,they are closely connected and complement each other.However,cause influenced by different ecological environment and traditional culture,different Yangko arts have their own unique charm.The development of folk art lies in cultural heritage.Only when we realize the differences and similarities of the Yangko art,can it be far better protected.
