With the increasingly close exchanges between China and Japan,there are more and more cooperation between Chinese and Japanese enterprises.Many Japanese multinational companies send their staff to work in China.The staff need to learn Chinese to facilitate communication and management.Compared with classroom learning in formal schools,one-to-one teaching can better meet the needs of numerous Chinese learners in time and space,so one-to-one Chinese teaching is more suitableThis paper is divided into five chapters to discuss one-to-one Chinese teaching in Japan.The first chapter describes the purpose and significance of the author's research on one-to-one Chinese teaching,the relevant research status,research methods,research content and the innovation of this paper The second chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of one-to-one Chinese teaching in Japan.The third chapter introduces the specific situation of this project,analyzes the characteristics of teaching objects and learning characteristics,and finally explains the teaching arrangement,and points out the key points in teaching;In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the problems that often occur in teaching from the four aspects of phonetics,grammar,Chinese characters and the influence of the teaching object's words and deeds on the learning of Chinese.The fifth chapter puts forward Suggestions based on the problems in the previous chapter.It is mainly the classroom teaching experience summarized by the author in practice,from the phonetics,grammar,Chinese characters and classroom experience.Although the author's teaching object is only for one to one Chinese teaching case,but the author through the recording,observing other teachers' class,and the project is in the form of other teacher interviews and research,from phonetics,grammar,Chinese characters,classroom behavior four aspects put forward the problems existing in the teaching,and put forward some practical Suggestions from the perspective of teachers,hoping to provide certain reference for colleagues and enlightenment.
