Research On Li Shimin's Political And Military Group

Li Shimin's political and military group played an important role in the process of Li Shimin's unification of the world and the elimination of Li Jiancheng and Li Yuanji,and also made great contributions to the political,economic and cultural development of the Tang Dynasty after Li Shimin claimed emperor.This paper takes Li Shimin's political and military group before he declared emperor as the research object,especially the role and characteristics of the members of the group during the Xuanwumen Change.It focuses on the members of the group and explores their specific situations and roles.The first chapter is about the period from Jinyang to June,the first year of Wude,when Li Shimin was crowned King of Qin.It mainly studies the initial formation of Li Shimin Group and who were the main members of the group at that time and the specific situation of these people.The second chapter studies the expansion of Li Shimin's group.From June,the first year of Wude,when Li Shimin was ordered to unify the world,to the period before the change of Xuanwumen,Li Shimin strengthened his group rapidly by recruiting and accepting generals.This chapter focuses on the analysis of all the members of Li Shimin Group before the Xuanwumen Change,and compares all the members according to the types of talents,the regions they belong to,and their positions.Chapter three analyses the struggle between Li Shimin Group and Donggong Prince Group,and explores the background,planning and experience of the Xuanwumen Incident,focusing on how the civil and military members of Li Shimin Group behaved in the planning and implementation of the Incident,what different roles they played,and the follow-up of these members after the Xuanwumen Incident.
