Based on the quantifiers in Ji Gong Quan Zhuan, this paper describes the semantics of nominal classifiers. In the description,a diachronic comparison will be made between the scope of the nominal quantifiers in the book and those in the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties and modern Chinese, and the differences between the nominal quantifiers with the same or similar weighing ranges will also be made. The difference contrast can make the semantic feature of nominal-classifier more obvious.Diachronic contrast and differential contrast are to reflect the semantic features of the classifiers and the characteristics of the classifier system in the late Qing Dynasty. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, describing the overall development of classifiers and summarizing the results of the current quantifier exploration, and explains that the subclassification standard of nominalclassifier is based on the semantic relationship between nominal-classifier and noun. The second part is to describe the semantic of nominal-classifier.First of all,it describes the scope of the weighing of the nominal quantifiers in Ji Gong Quan Zhuan, and then compares its weighing range with that of the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties, and modern Chinese, respectively, and the scope of the weighing of the nominal quantifiers is compared with that in the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties and modern Chinese. Finally, the semantic features of famous quantifiers are analyzed by comparing with the nominal-classifiers in the book which have the same or similar weighing range. The third part first summarizes the results of the comparison of the scope of nominal quantifiers in the second part, and finds that there are the following results after the comparison of the weighing range of nominal quantifiers, which are:expanding, narrowing, invariable, and not appearing in Wei and Jin dynasties. In modern Chinese, the missing classifiers and the quantifiers that change the nature. From the data in the table,we can see that 42% of the classifiers did not appear in Wei and Jin dynasties until the late Qing Dynasty.By comparing the weighing range of nominal-classifier in "Jigong Quanzhuan" with that recorded in "Modern Chinese Dictionary",it was found that 56% of the quantifiers had the highest proportion and the range of weighing was unchanged. This shows that the classifier system of the late Qing Dynasty and the modern Chinese classifier system have been very close, but due to the change of peopleundefineds living environment, quantifiers will also disappear. In addition, from the description of the difference of classifiers and the features of classifiers in the novels of gods and demons,it can be seen that the quantifier system is divided into two parts at this time, and different emotions can be expressed by using different classifiers in different scenes. However, compared with modern Chinese quantifiers, some quantifiers still have vague weighing range and mixed usage. In a word, the classifiers of the late Qing Dynasty have some characteristics of the ancient Chinese classifiers, but they are also prepared to move closer to the modern Chinese classifier system.
