This thesis attempts to start with Bakhtin's "dialogue theory",based on Bakhtin's "polyphonic novel" theory,and introduces the concept of "polyphony" into the film field to explore the polyphonic features in the film.Bakhtin's "Dialogue Theory" is the theoretical basis for discussing the polyphony of the film.It is Bakhtin's concept of "polyphonic music",which is based on the "dialogue" feature of Dostoevsky's novels.A series of theoretical systems including theories of “multilingual language”,“cultural transformation theory” and“polyphonic novel theory”.Just as the "polyphonic novel" theory cannot be independent of Bakhtin's theory of dialogue theory,this article will focus on the analysis of the polyphony of the film through the specific film text,but it is not limited to the "polyphonic novel" theory that quotes Bakhtin.That is to say,on the one hand,it examines the polyphonic characteristics of the film formally,on the other hand,it also comprehensively grasps its cultural connotation from the dialogue of film ideology.The protagonist in Bakhtin's "polyphonic novel" has the characteristics of self-independence through dialogue with the other and the author,and the author has to lower his identity and become a listener and a tongue because of the equal ideological conflict between the protagonists of the novel.By.From the perspective of culture,it is the centrifugalization of the author as an authoritative discourse.From the formal point of view,this kind of centrifugalization is realized by leading the "dialogue" between the protagonists of different ideologies,and finally forming the voice of the multi-voice department.The effect of this dialogue is both coexisting and confrontational,forming the tension of the film content.Therefore,when we look at the polyphonic characteristics of the film from Bakhtin's "dialogue theory",we must first grasp the leaders of different ideologies in the film and their relationship with the filmmakers;secondly,it is reflected in the movie.The era of mythology is still "the era of myths",we must pay attention to the historical and cultural connotations behind the "dialogue" in the film.At the same time,just as Bakhtin does not introduce the theory of polyphonic music into the field of literature one-to-one,mechanically,the interdisciplinary study of Bakhtin's theory should not be limited to mechanical comparison studies.The dialogue of thoughts has more possibilities than the novels in the film technology.The director can use different narrative structures,different character relationship settings,different scene scheduling methods,and different sound and picture processing methods for the multi-voice dialogue of the film.Service,therefore,forms a unique aesthetic value.Compared with the traditional film guided by the director's unified will,the aesthetic experience brought by the polyphonic features of the film is the same as the "polyphonic novel",which is to give the judgment to the only rights holder-the audience,let the audience super In the perspective of the overall situation,the aesthetic judgment of the film is completed in the open imagination space.
