Secondary vocational education is not only an essential session of vocational education in China,but also a vital yardstick to measure the level of economic development.At present,China is in momentous period of economic transformation and supply-side reform,and the society puts forward new requirements for professional and technical personnel.Along with the foundation of economic development,enterprises need a great number of high-quality and technical talents to enhance their own level of development.As one of the most significant channels to export high-quality and technical personnel,the importance of secondary vocational education is self-evident.However,as far as the current situation of professional education of fine arts in secondary vocational colleges is concerned,the talents produced by them can not meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to take some corresponding steps to optimize the present training mode of art majors in secondary vocational colleges,in an effort to better improve the development of art professional education in secondary vocational schools,and satisfy the needs of enterprises for art talents with high applied quality.The teaching mode of "dual system" in Germany is a sort of vocational education model,which has been used for reference by many countries,and its teaching idea and successful experience can occupy a vital part in perfecting secondary vocational education in China.Via a systematic and comprehensive review of the special study of the teaching mode of“dual system” in a certain period of time,this paper expects to explore the “dual system” teaching mode suitable for the professional education of fine art in secondary vocational education,so as to promote development of professional education of fine art in secondary vocational education.This paper is composed of four parts.The first part principally expounds the purpose and significance of this paper,as well as the research status of “dual-system”and art specialty of secondary vocational education at home and abroad.The second part basically describes the fundamental concept of “dual system” teaching mode,and briefly combs the history of traceability,germination,establishment and perfection ofthe teaching mode of “duality system”.In addition,it also analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the dual-system teaching model.As for the third part,via the analysis of the status of students and teacher,curriculum setting,teaching arrangement and graduation destination of the art majors in the secondary vocational schools,this paper finds out the problems existing in the current professional education of fine arts in secondary vocational colleges.The fourth part,from the internal demand of vocational education reform,as well as the demand from society,market and enterprise for applied art talents,analyses the feasibility of carrying out the “dual system” teaching mode in the field of art specialty of secondary vocational education,as well as the concrete strategy of carrying out the teaching mode of“duality system” in the art specialty of secondary vocational school.
