Oriental Dance Rhyme(Xiamen)Education Consulting Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Oriental Dance Rhyme),a professional dance education institution integrating dance choreography,dance training,dance performances,dance competitions and dance art pre-test counseling,is located in Xiamen.After more than eight years of careful management by the founders,the company's scale has continued to grow and develop,and its market influence has continued to increase.However,in recent years,with the attention and support of the state for art education and training,Oriental Dance Rhyme is facing a further intensification of market competition.In this context,how to adjust the company's marketing strategy portfolio to break through the bottleneck of the company's development process and gain a greater share in the domestic dance education and training market is an issue that Oriental Dance Rhyme needs to face squarely.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current marketing activities of Oriental Dance Rhyme on the basis of the current marketing situation of Oriental Dance Rhyme,and analyzes the marketing environment of Oriental Dance Rhyme combined with the relevant theories in the field of marketing,and formulates the SWOT analysis framework of Oriental Dance Rhyme.On the premise of market segmentation and target market selection,Oriental Dance Rhyme makes specific market positioning: high-quality,all-round dance training and promotion service institutions.Therefore,the marketing strategy combination of Oriental Dance Rhyme is put forward,including product strategy,price strategy,distribution strategy and promotion strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the above marketing strategy combination,this paper proposes that it should be guaranteed from four aspects: personnel,funds,facilities and educational concepts.Oriental Dance Rhyme represents a kind of operation mode of dance education and training industry.It is hoped that through this study,the marketing management level of Oriental Dance Rhyme can be effectively improved,so as to enhance the company's market competitiveness and brand value.In addition,I hope this study can provide some theoretical and practical references for the graduates who are going to be engaged in dance education and training.
