Rewards and punishments have always been regarded as a necessary teaching and management tool.The reward and punishment measures for teaching objects are especially important.The author first conducted a questionnaire survey on the classroom rewards and punishments of seventh-grade students and teachers from the St.Pleasant Catholic School in Liverpool,England,and randomly selected students and teachers to conduct interviews,as well as observe and understand the local teachers' classroom rewards and punishments.Analyze and summarize the results,and compare with the reward and punishment methods used by the author's current class,and put forward some opinions on the current overseas Chinese classroom teaching.The author also conducted a case study on three students,and conducted research on reward and punishment measures for three students with different personalities and different levels of Chinese.
