South Korea is one of China's most important diplomatic partners.With the close economic and trade ties between China and Korea,China has become the largest exporter of Korea.In 2013,official data showed that exports to China accounted for 26.1% of South Korea's exports.In 2013,Korea's export growth to China was the highest,reaching 8.6%.With Samsung(China)Semiconductor Company settled in Xi'an,more and more business people,in order to smoothly carry out workplace communication,meet job needs,etc.They all need to learn Chinese.Because of their busy work and frequent business trips,these business people will choose "one-to-one" teaching which is more flexible than collective classroom teaching.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters to discuss the "one-to-one" teaching of Korea.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance of the paper,combs the research status and deficiencies of scholars and students on "one-to-one" teaching for foreigners,and puts forward the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second chapter is about "one-to-one" teaching in TCFL training institutions.It includes the comparative analysis of "one-to-one" teaching and "individual teaching" to define "one-to-one" teaching,and introduces the theoretical basis of "one-to-one" teaching.On this basis,the development prospects,current situation and "one-to-one" teaching characteristics and advantages of TCFL training institutions are analyzed.Chapter three is the author's teaching practice in Xi'an Language Style and Chinese Teaching Center,through the analysis of Xi'an Language and Wind Organization's "one-to-one" teaching objectives,teaching objects,selection of teaching materials and other teaching status,and then explore the problems of students,teachers,management and so on.Chapter ? is to design a teaching design for Korean "one-to-one" Chinese classroom,combining my teaching experience and experience.The fifth chapter is the reflection and suggestion on the one-to-one teaching practice of Han.This chapter aims at the reflection on the teaching design of Chapter IV,then puts forward the improvement plan,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions on the problems of students,teachers,textbooks,management and so on.Finally,the paper makes a systematic summary,hoping to inspire the teachers who are engaged in one-to-one Chinese teaching,and at the same time,to standardize their own teaching and improve the quality of teaching.To make it easier for more foreign learners who like to learn and are willing to learn Chinese,and to make a small contribution to the development of Chinese.
