In this golden age that there are continuous integration between the world and China,Chinese plays an important role between the world and China.As for many foreigners to seek development opportunities in China,Chinese learning is recognized as the first demand in their work and life.One-to-one Chinese teaching gestates in this trend and continue to grow,but it seems that the individualized teaching mode which is superior to traditional classroom teaching can not play it some efficient learning advantages.One important reason is that the one-to-one teaching did not get enough attention,and its development always lags behind the class teaching.The principle “learn together,use together” was proposed by the domestic scholar Professor Wang Chuming several years ago.It is an efficient new ideas for effective foreign language learning,and the principle supposes that Chinese learning should be accompanied with the correct variables during the period of learning,emphasizing that only students learn in a right way,can the language be applied well.At present,the principle has been fully used in English teaching,and I try to applied it into one-to-one Chinese teaching,which can improve Chinese teaching and learning greatly so as to serve the foreign learners in China.The study develops gradually from the overall design to the specific practice,and then get the feedback from the teaching practice,finally,I try to draw some suggestions to promote efficient learning.The specific steps are as follows: firstly,I analyze the teaching objects from the perspective of instructional design,so as to establish the personalized teaching objectives,and then adjust the teaching content according to the principle “learn together,use together" including selecting,deleting,and supplementing.I also try to use interactive teaching method and context teaching method to guide the teaching practice.On the basis of all of these work,the principle "learn together,use together" was fully applied in pronunciation teaching,vocabulary teaching and grammar teaching.Secondly,i got the feedback by analyzing the information from tests,surveys and classroom observation.Finally,I try to put forward some suggestions to construct efficient Chinese one-to-one class teaching.In terms of context,I put forward five suggestions.First of all,the context we set should be sensed by students and rich enough in quantity.Secondly,the context should be targeted,interesting and practical.Thirdly,the true context set by students should be made good use of.Fourthly,the principle “learn together,use together” should be combined with traditional foreign language teaching methods.Fifthly,the principle “learn together,use together”need to be used in pronunciation teaching,words teaching and grammar teaching fully.In terms of teachers,three suggestions are put forward.Firstly,the teacher should be capable in communicating with students.Secondly,the teachers should have enough patience and create a good classroom atmosphere.Thirdly,the teachers should be acquainted and skilled.I hope that these suggestions can improve the students' Chinese learning and rich Chinese teaching practice.
