A Report On The Translation Of Leadership Transformed

With the progress and reform of international enterprise management theory,China needs to introduce international advanced management concept to enrich its own management theory so as to adapt to the new international situation.The purpose of this English-Chinese translation practice report is to analyze the translation methods of foreign management theory series and to find a common way for the introduction of related advanced theories.The translation practice report takes the first and second parts of Leadership Transformed as materials to analyze the translation guided by the translation methods and skills under Newmark's semantic and communicative translation theory.The key points and typical statements in this report are discussed and analyzed in detail.In the process of analysis,the translator divides different sentences into three text types according to their characteristics,and analyzes the translation through different translation skills under the guidance of semantic translation and communicative translation.Based on this translation practice,it is found that when translating the theory exchanges texts,it is necessary to understand its profound connotation in order to avoid the mistranslation and to ensure the quality of translation.In addition,this kind of text is mostly based on informative type and evocative type.Under the guidance of text typology theory and flexible combination of semantic translation and communicative translation,the text information can be accurately conveyed.Finally,the accumulation of this kind of practice has also provided valuable reference experience for the translation of texts that are similar in nature.Figure 0;Table 0;Reference 37...
