As a hot topic in the study of organizational behavior,leadership style receives more and more attention The related analysis is made by combining with some indicators,and the employee job satisfaction in the indicator of leadership effectiveness is the same Is an important relevant indicator.Through the management and control of employees' job satisfaction,we can timely solve the staff demands found in the investigation process,improve the communication in the organization,motivate the staff,promote the development of the staff,and improve the cooperative ability of the enterprise staff,so as to improve work efficiency.This paper studies the job satisfaction of employees in 10 enterprises in chongqing under the influence of transformational leadership,and aims to verify the correlation between the two.In this paper,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,subject crossing method and other methods,through the actual situation of the investigators,the transformational leadership scale,job satisfaction scale,the self-efficacy scale,procedures of fairness scale as the main research tool,through the questionnaire analysis found that whether the whole concept of transformational leadership that is the situation in China under the four dimensions of segment,are positively related to the job satisfaction.In this positive relationship,the mediating effect of self-efficacy and the moderating effect of procedural justice were also hypothesized and tested.Finally,according to the mechanism of mediation and adjustment,combined with human resource management,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employee's job satisfaction.
