Although the problem of job hunting of graduate have caused the attention of the society, but the problem of job adaptation has not caused corresponding attention. At present, domestic scholars mainly focus on some specific professional group of job adaptation, the study about the job adaptation of graduates is still not so common. The work adaption of graduate not only influenced by organizational socialization tactics such as the factor of leader, but also influenced by graduates' sense of self-efficacy and the value evaluation of the work. Generally speaking, the graduates' superior is very important, the leadership style of superior definitely will influence the work adjustment of graduates. At the same time, the self-efficacy and work values of graduates also play a role in this kind of influence. The thesis is based on many literature of leadership style, job adaptation, self-efficacy and work values. In the theoretical framework of the research, Transformational leadership style is independent variables, work adaption is the dependent variable, self-efficacy, and work values are the mediating variables. The main conclusions are the following:(1) Work adjustment is composed of three dimensions: jobs competence, interpersonal adaptation and organizational adaptation, the questionnaire has satisfactory reliability and validity.(2) The transformational leadership style that perceived by graduates would predict positive work adjustment(3) Self-efficacy of graduates and work values play a role of intermediary between transformational leadership style and job adaptation.
