The Study On Urban Diet Folk Customs Of Urumqi

Under the guidance of Marxist theory,the investigations and studies on the diet folk custom are carried in Urumqi.As a specific cultural phenomenon in human social life,folk custom has a normative effect on people's daily life and behavior.As a manifestation of folk culture,diet is not only the inheritance of people's eating habits in the region,but also constantly changing with the development of social economy.Urumqi,located in the economic core of the silk road,has been an open city with multi-ethnic and cultural exchanges since ancient times.With the deepening of opening-up,Urumqi,as the capital of Xinjiang,has made great progress in economy,culture and society and other undertakings.In addition,the interactive pattern of diet folk custom is particularly prominent in the catering industry.Based on the multi-ethnic cultural space of Urumqi,the distribution of traditional Chinese local diet,foreign diet and local diet in Urumqi was sorted out.The writer finds that in the localized development of foreign diets and the fashionable development of local diets,the cultural exchange of diet folk custom is more obvious.The inclusive cultural space of Urumqi provides a platform for the exchange and reference of local diet folk customs,which is conducive to the diversity,simplification and comprehensiveness of urban diet folk customs.As an important part of the daily diet of residents,urban catering inherits and develops the spirit of Urumqi's food culture,and at the same time,it lays a foundation for the development of diversified culture.
