As the most important and unique foundation and condition for the development of tourism in Xinjiang Corps,Junyi Culture cannot be classified in any tourism culture.It is a special human resource formed under special historical conditions.It bears the heavy responsibility of material civilization construction and shoulders the burden.The historical mission of spiritual civilization construction has far-reaching patriotism in contemporary times.The "Silk Road Economic Belt" built in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the proposed "One Belt,One Road" development strategy will bring good development opportunities and strong development space for Xinjiang military and cultural tourism.This study selects Shihezi City,which has a good development of military culture and tourism,as the specific research object.Based on the existing theoretical research,from the perspective of tourists' perception,it sorts out ten factors that affect the perception of tourists,and collects tourists through questionnaires.Before participating in the military culture tourism expectations and the actual perception after the tour,the centralized-discrete analysis method and the paired sample T-test method were used to obtain the expectation-perceive difference of the tourists before and after the military tourism in Shihezi City,and then use the IPA quadrant method and IPA.The index analysis explores the main influencing factors,and analyzes the correlation between the social attributes,behavioral characteristics,follow-up behaviors and the actual perceptions of tourists through the PEARSON correlation coefficient,and then determines the factors affecting the word-of-mouth publicity and the image orientation of military culture tourism.Cultural tourism development strategy:(1)Improve the construction and realize the bright future of military culture tourismTourists' perception of the cultural resources of the military culture is still low,so it is necessary to improve the image of the military culture by improving andenhancing the expectations and actual perceptions of tourists.First of all,it is necessary to improve the infrastructure of the scenic spot,plan out the incisive tourist routes that are loved by tourists,explore unique diets,improve and enhance the existing tourism image by enhancing the satisfaction of tourists,and realize the bright prospects of military tourism.This research is conducive to the development of military culture tourism,and the optimal allocation of resources will also help promote the promotion of military cultural tourism resources.(2)Grasp the characteristics and give full play to the monopoly advantage of Xinjiang military and cultural tourism resourcesThe Xinjiang military culture has a long history,profound cultural heritage and huge development potential.It has a large time span and a sufficient number.It is necessary to grasp the characteristics of Xinjiang military culture tourism,develop high-quality products,give full play to the monopoly advantage of Xinjiang military and cultural tourism resources,occupy the market,expand its own propaganda,guide tourists to spread the praise widely,and establish the outstanding brand of Xinjiang military and cultural tourism.(3)Develop multi-level personalized products for individualityThere are some differences in the social characteristics of tourists(including age,gender,education level,monthly income,understanding of military culture tourism,etc.),behavioral characteristics of tourists(such as number of visits,length of stay,spending power,etc.),follow-up behavior of tourists Features(such as the willingness to travel,the willingness to recommend,the overall evaluation,etc.)all lead to some differences in actual perceived effects.In addition,different information acquisition channels and different senses of identity between the military and cultural tourism and tourism will affect the actual perception of military tourism.According to the social characteristics,individual differences and different needs of tourists,different levels of tourism products are developed to meet the needs of tourists more and more accurately,and to integrate Xinjiang military and cultural tourism resources to promote the development of military culture.(4)Scientific analysis and summary of scientific development recommendationsThrough the IPA quadrant analysis and IPA index analysis,the author summarizes the expectations of tourists in the military culture tourism--the difference of perception,and classifies the tourists' perception results of Shihezi military culture tourism,thus determining the good aspects and short-term influences of tourists' perceptions in Shihezi City's military culture tourism.Board,thus proposing scientific development for the military and cultural tourism of Shihezi City:First,for those factors that make tourists more satisfied,such as safety,catering quality,etc.,to be better and better,to maintain the advanced nature,to use these advantages as the main introduction and publicity highlights to attract customers.It plays a role in promoting the development of military tourism in Shihezi City.Secondly,in view of the general influencing factors of tourists' perceived satisfaction,such as scenic spot characteristics,attraction diversity,and travel consultation route arrangement,although the actual perceived value of tourists is slightly larger than expected,there is room for improvement in satisfaction;The influential factors of the tour are the tour guides and the price of the scenic spot.It is the aspect that the actual perceived value of the tourists is slightly less than the expected value.It indicates that these two aspects need to improve the satisfaction of the tourists and make them better.Thirdly,the perceptual influencing factors that are very dissatisfied with tourists,such as the accommodation environment,residents' attitudes,traffic conditions,etc.,are areas that need to be improved.These factors not only greatly reduce the satisfaction of tourists on the military tourism of Shihezi City.More affecting the attractiveness of tourist destinations,seriously hindering the development of military tourism in Shihezi City.
