In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,vocabulary teaching has always played a pivotal role.The discussion of related vocabulary teaching methods has always been the core of the study of vocabulary teaching in foreign languages.At present,word-based,word-based and morpheme teaching methods are the three major schools of foreign language vocabulary teaching methods.Morpheme plays an important role in vocabulary teaching because of its strong ability to form words.For Chinese learners,mastering these common morphemes is very helpful for vocabulary learning in Chinese.The morpheme teaching method is making full use of the characteristics of morpheme word formation to develop vocabulary teaching.This method not only effectively improves students' enthusiasm for learning Chinese,but also provides a method for students to learn independently,and also improves classroom teaching efficiency.During the internship of the HSK training course at the Confucius Institute,the author found that HSK teaching,especially the word teaching,showed the characteristics of mechanical stereotypes.Therefore,this paper starts with the morpheme concept and explores the feasibility of applying the morpheme teaching method to HSK vocabulary teaching,and strives to pass HSK.Key morphemes in vocabulary,learning of the HSK vocabulary,learning Chinese well,improving Chinese proficiency and ability.This paper mainly through the questionnaire survey of the students of the Confucius Institute HSK training class and interviews with teachers,fully understand the students' learning situation and the use of morpheme teaching methods in HSK vocabulary teaching,and then analyze the Confucius Institute's HSK1-5 vocabulary teaching according to the survey results.The existing problems indicate the direction for the overall teaching design of vocabulary teaching.The overall design of HSK1-5vocabulary teaching is mainly the content of 205 HSK key morphemes summed up bythe previous people.Combined with morpheme teaching method,the overall teaching design is carried out.Finally,through the design example of the specific classroom teaching of the genre of “combination”,let everyone know more intuitively how the morpheme teaching method is applied to the practice class.
