Vocabulary teaching is a key link that cannot be ignored in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.How to help students to establish a bridge between Chinese vocabulary structure and meaning accurately and efficiently is an important task of vocabulary teaching.As a major genre of Chinese vocabulary teaching,morpheme teaching methods have received more and more attention.According to the characteristics of Chinese language,the morpheme method is based on the Chinese disyllables,especially the fact that the disyllable compound words are the overwhelming majority.From the perspective of the morphological features of Chinese morphemes and the rich internal structure of Chinese words,the morpheme method tries to develop a set of vocabulary teaching method that is more compatible with Chinese itself.As the main form of Chinese vocabulary,disyllable words occupy a large part in vocabulary teaching.In particular,with the increase of learners',vocabulary,a large number of emerging disyllable words bring a series of difficulties to the construction of learners' Chinese vocabulary structure consciousness,morpheme meaning and meaning.Therefore,how to use the morpheme method to help learners discover,explore,and master the rules of word formation of Chinese disyllables has become extraordinarily urgent in teaching.This paper attempts to use a teaching class with intermediate students in China as the research object,to explore the feature of disyllable vocabulary in their teaching material Developing Chinese-Intermediate Listening Course and to design a set of programs suitable for teaching and practicing Chinese from the perspective of morpheme teaching method,and try to prove the real effects of it,so as to provide some references for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.There is a "literature review-analysis of material and teaching reality-design for teaching and exercise-validation of effectiveness-reflection" route throughout the article.The introduction narrates significance and backgrounds of the topic,summarizes current research of related issues,discusses current applications in vocabulary teaching and feasibility of morpheme methods concluded by predecessors,and expound research route and way of this paper.Chapter 2 analyzes the feature of disyllable words in Chinese-Intermediate Listening Course and teaching reality,which can discover crux of the issue and prepare for solving problems.Chapter 3 puts forward a designing scheme for teaching disyllable vocabulary in listening course for intermediate which includes teaching principle,object,goals,specific teaching methods,teaching examples,words presentations and exercise examples,etc.It shows the specific application of morpheme method in disyllable vocabulary teaching in this stage.Chapter 4 shows investigations with specific operations.It attempts to use a teaching class with intermediate students in China as the research object,investigate the feedback of different teaching methods approved by students,and test students vocabulary ability before and after using morpheme method meanwhile.The result shows that morpheme method can help students cultivate a better habit,form Chinese language thinking,and improve their ability of extending words,guessing meaning and differentiate similar words during the vocabulary teaching process.Chapter 5 is the reflection of the whole paper.In order to avoid unnecessary problems,it states the conclusion of this research,narrates the disadvantages and limitations of morpheme method while implying.
