With the deepening of China's reform and opening,China has made remarkable achievements in economic field.As the second largest economy after the United States by November 2018,China's GDP reached 60 percent of the United States.According to the annual China English training market survey report of 2015,2016 and 2017 issued by the China institute of social investigation(SSIC),the Chinese English training market has increased from 45 billion yuan in 2015 to 123.8 billion yuan in 2016,to 160 billion yuan in 2017,and is expected to grow to 200 billion yuan in 2019.We will evaluate the feasibility of the oral English training program in the form of business plan,project overview,industry environment,company resources and capabilities,marketing,operation management,financial analysis and risk management.This paper first made a brief introduction to the project,the content including the company profile,curriculum content,the overall project running ideas,and then analyzes the status quo of training industry and use PEST analysis method and the model of porter five respectively to the project of the external environment and competition environment,and combined with the project's own resources and ability,the advantages and disadvantages with SWOT analysis method to determine the company's competitive strategy,the data in the survey report issued by relevant national organization to predict the market demand,Then according to STP market positioning theory and marketing theory,the target market and marketing strategy of the project are determined,and then the overall deployment of the project operation is made.Based on the analysis in the previous chapter,the financing plan is defined in the end of this paper.The project investment benefit is evaluated by income and expense forecast,balance sheet forecast,income statement forecast and cash flow statement forecast,by net present value method and internal rate of return method.The company intends to register a capital of 1 million yuan,of which 600,000 yuan is self-raised funds,400,000 yuan through financing.Finally,the possible risks of the project are correctly evaluated and countermeasures are proposed.Meanwhile,the exit mode and exit time of venture capital are also described.The conclusion is: the project market prospect is good,the investment income is good,it's worth investing.
