In recent years, the Arab world generated from the " spring of democracy" to "winter of democracy".The drastic changes raise people's thinking and awareness that whether it is compatible between Islam,Islam organization and democracy. From a practical point of view of two examples, sharing a similar environment in many respects, why does Turkey(1923 2013)complete the transition to democracy and turn into next stage(a period of democratic consolidation)while Egypt(1922 2011)has repeatedly lost the opportunity during the past decades? What's the function and the roles Islamic organizations in the two countries have played in the process of transition? Based on this confusion,we explore and organize the context: Based on existing research,we arrange Egypt and Turkey in time order, from in case and cross case comparison,we assume and validate the idea as follows: The Islamic Organization's cooperation with the Government, the military, the degree of intervention and the different, rather than doctrinal changes, leading to Turkey and Egypt in the important cause different results in the process of transition to democracy.Comb through this discussion and previous research,we clear the path which authoritarian regimes from weaken to collapse, the process of democratic transition, and the effect of the final result that the role Islamic organizations in two countries have played.
