A Practice Report On The Chinese Translation Of The First Part "Carbon Phonetics"

In recent years,Sino-Russian cooperation in the aerospace field has become an important part of Sino-Russian bilateral cooperation.With the deepening of Sino-Russian space cooperation,it is imperative to learn Russian advanced aerospace technology.Translating Russian scientific and technological works is the premise and foundation,which puts higher requirements on the accuracy of scientific literature translation.Only by ensuring the accuracy of document translation and ensuring the high-quality transmission of scientific and technological information can we provide Chinese scholars with valuable and useful research results.This translation research report is based on the textbook of the "Glow Photonics" science and technology translation practice project.Firstly,the main contents of the project and project research,as well as the pre-translation preparation and pre-translation analysis are briefly introduced.Firstly,the preparation of relevant theoretical knowledge and text analysis are completed.Make clear the translation task.Then,the typical translation cases are analyzed from three aspects: professional terminology,common vocabulary and long and short sentence groups.The translation strategy of the professional terminology summarized in the author's translation process is the focus of analysis.For ordinary vocabulary writers,the method of word class conversion and word meaning extension is mainly adopted.At the sentence level,the author focuses on the simplification and integration of translated sentences.Finally,summarize and reflect on the translation practice process.This report will carefully analyze the experience of this translation project and strive to provide some reference for the translation of relevant scientific literature in the future.
