The scientific terminology is the main carrier in technical literature of science to transmit information. To translate the correct terminology can not only improve the quality of translation of text, but also speed up the process of converting the achievements in scientific and technological abroad.The translation of technology terminology is the core in the professional text translation, which is at the edge of terminology and translation studies. Whether in translatology fields or terminology fields, there is no systematic and comprehensive studies to the technical terminologies. This paper try to analyzes the terminology, starting from the standpoint of technology terminology raise the three basic principles of translation.
