Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of the wisdom and civilization of the people of all ethnic groups in China.It represents the spiritual height of human cultural heritage.Along with the increasing trend of globalization and the rapid development of economic conditions in various places,China’s intangible cultural heritage that relies on traditional static inheritance methods such as hand-to-hand communication and exhibition hall display is facing a huge impact.Some traditional techniques are gradually taking shape.disappear.Therefore,in the face of such a severe situation,the creation of non-legacy TV feature films can provide objective and realistic image records and a wide-ranging communication platform for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.Throughout the cultural market of China’s prosperous development,non-legacy feature films have sprung up,and the number of creations has increased day by day.However,the academic research on such feature films is relatively rare.To some extent,there is a derailment of theory and practice..The art of paper-cutting is widely distributed in China.The author has innovatively directed the lens to the ethnic minority areas of Xin Jiang,and examined the process and current situation of the development of paper-cutting art in a more diverse cultural region.Based on the existing research results,using the contextual characteristics of symbols,the symbols used in the creation process of the personal work "Paper in Korla" are interpreted to highlight the traditional handicraft paper-cut of the Han nationality,in the Korla region of Xinjiang,and the aliens.The collision and integration between non-legacy cultures and the thinking about the survival and development path of paper-cut art in the new era.
