In the early western Han Dynasty,scholars reflected on the political system followed by the Qin Dynasty and put forward the idea of governing the country different from that of the Qin Dynasty.Dong zhongshu's "Tian Ren San Ce" is a political and ethical proposition put forward when answering the book questions of Wu Emperor of han dynasty.Based on the philosophy of heaven and man,the political ethical thoughts set up "Heaven",which is the highest authority beyond the regal power.It not only interprets "Heaven",but also maintains the morality of national governance through the induction of heaven and man.It starts from "Heaven",emphasizes "Tao of Heaven",and sets up "The big unification" as the political value goal of good.To achieve good political objectives,make good political order to be able to build,is required to two or morethings "Obey god and ancient","Adhere to the principle of heaven","Civilized human nature","Equal" and "Virtue",make the authority of the Emperor,restricted power,to the goodness of human nature,morals system and the combination of rule of virtue.This is a political and ethical ideological system of "Wang Dao",which integrates benevolence,virtue and enlightenment into one furnace.This political ethics thought system not only influenced the later Confucian politicalethics thought,but also had a profound influence on the feudalism politics since the western Han Dynasty.
