Self-differentiation refers to the ability of individuals to balance the relationship between sense and sensibility, intimacy and independence, and has an important impact on individual mental health and psychosocial development. As a social norm and ethical standard, fairness is the goal pursued by mankind. Therefore, fairness decision is important for individual development, and it is receiving more and more attention from psychologists at home and abroad. The researches shows that there seems to be a relationship between the level of individual self-differentiation and its fairness decision. To this end, this study is guided by the theory of self-differentiation and the theory of fairness. The survey method and the experimental method are used to take the higher vocational college students as the subjects, and the ultimatum game paradigm is used to systematically examine the influence of self-differentiation on fair behavior. The questionnaire survey used the Chinese Revision of the Self-Differentiation Scale(Wu Yuhui,2008)to examine the development level of self-differentiation of five-year college students with 200 five-year college students. The results show that the development of self-differentiation of five-year college students has reached a normal level;there is a significant age difference in the self-differentiation of five-year college students;the scores of five-year college students in the self-differentiated emotional response dimension have significant gender difference. Then, according to the score of the Chinese Revision of the Self-Differentiation Scale,27% of the subjects(up to 59 people)of the upper and lower limits were used as the high self-differentiation group and low self-differentiation,and individual experiments were performed.Use the ultimatum game paradigm(UG paradigm)to perform 2(self-differentiation level: low self-differentiation group, high self-differentiation group)× 2 < fairness of distribution scheme: fairness scheme(?50: ?50),unfair scheme(?70:?30,?80:?20,?90:?10))>×6(option of other members of the group: 4 groups' other members choose to accept,3 groups' other members choose to accept,2 groups' other members choose to accept,1 groups' other members choose to accept,no groups' other members choose to accept, block others' choices),To explore whether there are significant differences in the decision-making outcomes and decision-making processes between five-year college students with low self-differentiation and high self-differentiation on fair distribution and unfair distribution, and whether they will be influenced by the option of other members of the group. The indicators of the decision-making outcomes are the number of people who accept the plan, the number of people who refuse the plan, and the acceptance rate. The indicator of the decision-making process is the reaction time. The results are as follows:(1)Under the condition that the distribution plan is unfair, there is a significant difference in the decision-making results of the fairness decision of the five-year college students with low self-differentiation and high self-differentiation.The five-year college students with low self-differentiation choose to accept the unfair program. The number of people is significantly higher than the five-year college students with high self-differentiation.(2)Under the condition that the distribution plan is unfair, the decision-making result of the self-differentiated five-year college students is influenced by the option of other members of the group. They will change their choice according to the option of others, and when more members of other groups choosing to accept an unfair plan, the number of people chosen by the highly differentiated will also increase significantly.(3)Under the conditions of shielding the option of other members, the decision-making process of fairness decision for five-year college students with low self-differentiation is longer than the decision-makingprocess under the conditions of seeing the option of other members.
