A Preliminary Study On Marxist Views Of Scientific And Technological Justice

At present,the academic circles have not formed a comprehensive and systematic theoretical framework for the discussion of scientific and technological justice.Therefore,in the face of various non-standard phenomenon and problems in the process of scientific and technological development,it is often impossible to make effective judgments and responses.This article is based on the Marxist ideological background with Chinese characteristics to face this problem directly.The first thing is to construct a scientific and technological justice theory and its category system,which is called Marxist views of scientific and technological justice.On this basis,we hope to provide a theoretical analysis model for scientific and technological activities.Firstly,this paper briefly points out the general connotation,general dimensions,general characteristics,realization conditions and evaluation criteria of Marxism views of scientific and technological justice.Secondly,it seeks a legal basis for Marxist views of scientific and technological justice,believing that it originates from the socialization of scientific and technological operation mode.It is a concrete theoretical defense from three aspects: the alienation reflection of science and technology,the differentiation of justice and benefit in the development of science and technology,and the power expansion of science and technology.Thirdly,by using the method of text analysis,this paper investigates the basic content of Marx and Engels’ scientific and technological justice view,and thinks that they have established the initial model and framework of Marxist views of scientific and technological justice.It is founded through a logical path,that is about an analysis of unfair phenomena in science and technology,an analysis of the essence of scientific and technological injustice--and a realization scheme of scientific and technological justice.Finally,the theoretical framework of Marxist views of scientific and technological justice has been enriched in an all-round way through a historical review of the scientific and technological justice ideas of the party’s collective leadership with Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao,Xi Jinping and other comrades at the core.As the most influential modern science and technology in the 21 st century,agricultural genetically modified technology has many hidden dangers and risks when it is applied in the actual society.So these contents have to arouse rational thinking of contemporary human beings.On the condition of explaining the historical development process,characteristics and types of agricultural genetically modified technology,this paper summarizes the injustice of agricultural application of genetically modified technology and traces its root causes.Finally,the problems in the application of genetically modified technology in agriculture are investigated from the perspective of Marxist views of scientific and technological justice,and devoted to find a solution.On the basis of explaining the relationship between Marxist views of scientific and technological justice and agricultural genetically modified technology,this paper briefly analyzes several aspects of the restraints of scientific and technological justice view on agricultural genetically modified technology,and finally gives specific guiding principles to serve as a framework for the fair development of agricultural genetically modified technology.
