At the beginning of the 21 st century,with the impact of economic globalization,the society's demand for art and design talents with innovative ability is increasing day by day,and the shortage of creative design and art talents has become one of the bottlenecks affecting the current social development.For art career education,innovative design and innovative concept is a key reform of career education cultivation.There are still various problems in art design teaching in secondary vocational schools in guangxi.Based on the needs of art teaching reform in secondary vocational schools,this paper attempts to develop and utilize traditional arts and crafts resources from three aspects,namely,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching concepts,so as to achieve the goal of improving art teaching in secondary vocational schools while protecting and inheriting the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities.By reading and sorting out the literature on the inheritance and protection of arts and crafts at home and abroad as well as the development and utilization of education resources,and drawing lessons from the content of resource development and utilization,this paper conducts theoretical research on the three major teaching aspects of art major in secondary vocational schools.In order to fully understand the current teaching situation of art major in guangxi secondary vocational schools and the necessity of teaching reform of art major,teachers and students of art major in five secondary vocational schools in guangxi were selected for questionnaire survey and focus interview with key teachers.White pants yao sticky paste picture,for example,to deep mining of resources of traditional arts and crafts,find out the culture essence and its unique characteristics,according to the theory of multicultural education,life education theory and the theory of ecological education,put forward in the aspect of teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching theory with Suggestions of strategies attempt in these aspects to carry on the reasonable development and utilization of resources,improve the current situation of secondary vocational school art teaching problems,develop secondary vocational art practice skills,and open a new inheritance of ethnic traditional culture development.In vocational and technical teachers college of guangxi normal university students as the object of practice,the secondary rise this recommendation strategy according to the teaching three aspects carries on the practice exploration,verify its feasibility strategy: integration of white pants yao sticky paste cultural connotation of the teaching contents,adopting project teaching method to cultivate students' practical skills,use the field tour "to lead students into the white pants yao home study,build ecological education environment.In order to provide reference for the reform and development of art teaching in secondary vocational schools,the traditional arts and crafts resources such as white pants yao paste painting were successfully introduced.
