Research On The Status And Development Strategy Of The Dance Training Market In Qingdao,Yantai And Weihai

By using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,logic analysis methods and other research methods,this study explores the current situation and development strategies of sports dance training in Qingdao,Yantai and Weihai cities in Shandong Province,and reached the following conclusions:1.The sports dance training institutions in Qingdao mainly include three types:public,public-private and private.They are basically located in commercial areas and the surrounding areas of schools with an area of 50M~2?X<100M~2.The course type is relatively complete,and there are also many problems in the operation process.The number of coaches is basically concentrated in 4<X?6,and female coaches are accounting for a large proportion.In public training schools,there are more full-time coaches,while in private training institutions ther are more part-time coaches,with a monthly income of more than 5000 yuan,but the satisfaction of coaches is low.The number of trainees is basically about 60,and the satisfaction of trainees is relatively high.2.Yantai Sports Dance Training Institutions mainly have two types:public and private.They are more inclined to commercial areas in site selection,with an area of50M~2?X<100M~2.They have a large investment in funds,complete curriculum types but lower satisfaction in the overall operation process than Qingdao.The number of coaches is basically 2<X?4,smaller than Qingdao,and there are many full-time coaches.The sex ratio is not obvious.The monthly income is higher than that of Qingdao,which is relatively suitable for the regional economic development level.The number of trainees in training institutions is about 50,which behind Qingdao,and the satisfaction of trainees is higher than that of Qingdao.3.Weihai Sports Dance Training Institutions are mainly public-owned,public-private partnership,government-run and private-run,and the private-run accounts for a relatively high proportion.Business and residential areas are the two basic areas for site selection,and the scale is still 50M~2?X<100M~2.Investment in training institutions is relatively small,the curriculum types are relatively complete,and can meet the needs of the public.The students satisfaction of the organization is relatively high in the operation process.The number of coaches here is larger than in Yantai and smaller than in Qingdao.There are more full-time coaches in public training schools and more part-time coaches in private training institutions.The monthly income of coaches is lower than that of Qingdao and Yantai,but their gain higher students satisfaction.The number of students in Weihai's institutions is mainly about 50,which is similar to that in Yantai,slightly behind Qingdao.But the students'satisfaction is the lowest among the three cities.4.The factors affecting the development of sports dance training market in Qingdao,Yantai and Weihai mainly include such factors as the relevant policy,environment,national economic growth,people's living standards,and cultural and geographical environment.In view of the current situation,the proposed development strategies are as follows:1.Speeding up the improvement of relevant policies and regulations for the development of sports industry,and encourage social forces to develop this industry.To do so,further formulated to promote the development of sports dance training industrialization,and cities should also establish corresponding sports dance training management and service departments.2.Change thinking concept and cultivate healthy first life concept.Further arouse people's consciousness of health and fitness,seize the current development opportunity in China,change their thinking and concepts,make full use of the advantages of the long development history of the three cities,focus on the sports dance training industry,and support sports dance related industries.3.In the future development,relevant departments should adhere to the mode of"introducing"and introduce sports dance professionals from various aspects,which will also help to further promote the industrialized operation of sports dance training institutions in three cities.4.Sports dance training institutions to broaden the sports dance courses,actively to improve their employees'working and living environment,efforts to improve employee satisfaction,but also increase the intensity of training and education in the promotion of the sports dance,the dance sport into daily life,make the sport gradually become people living communication skills.In addition,it is necessary to improve the coach's individual professional ability,take part in the continuing education and continuously improve the professional level of sports dance training.
