Study On Absorbing Traditional Culture In The Construction Of Community Culture

Community culture,the cell and the foundation of social and cultural construction,has become the very important part in its development.Traditional culture is the most precious resources in Chinese nation,which has deeply affect people's lives for a long time.with the increasingly diversified values and the lack of sense of belonging both in people and the community,to explore the absorption of traditional cultural elements in the construction of community culture incrediblely becomes an very important issue in promoting the construction of community culture,breaking the strangeness among the residents,and enhancing the sense of belonging and honor.In the construction of community culture,the elements of "debate between group and self","discrimination between justice and benefit","value orientation","neighborhood culture" and "folk culture" in traditional culture can not only stimulate the sense of responsibility and collective concept of community residents,cultivate the socialist concept of justice and benefit of community residents,but also standardize the behavior of community residents,enhance the sense of belonging of community residents,and enrich community residents.Cultural content.However,in the process of absorbing traditional cultural elements,there are still many shortcomings in the residents' attention,cultural identity,participation consciousness and so on.These shortcomings affect not only the integration of traditional fine culture and community culture,but also the construction of community fine culture.This paper attempts to analyze the causes of these problems,and then elaborate the ways and methods of traditional culture absorption and the corresponding optimization path in the process of community culture construction from the perspective of cultural thought,scene construction,system construction and so on.
